Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

Shipping & Local Pickup

We deliver across the UK mainland via Parcelforce, with delivery costs calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, and Parcelforce typically delivers the next working day after dispatch (although busy periods may take longer). All beer orders require an adult (18+) to sign for delivery, and ID may be requested by the courier. You can also choose to collect your order for free from our brewery at Bearwood Brewing, 11 Anglo Industrial Park, Fishponds Road, Wokingham, RG41 2AN. Collections are available Wednesday to Friday, 12:00pm–4:00pm. We’ll email you when your order is ready—please bring your confirmation email and ID when collecting.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at operations@bearwoodbrewing.com with photos of the packaging and products. We’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. If your merch isn’t quite the right size or style, we’ll happily swap it for you as long as it’s in unused, like-new condition. Return postage isn’t covered.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are faulty or incorrect. If you need to arrange a return, please email operations@bearwoodbrewing.com within 14 days of delivery.
